- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Some of their tellers are rude and dumb. I went in to pay for my credit card on 1/18/14 and gave them the card I wanted to put money on. When I got home I noticed that the teller put the money on my CHECKING ACCOUNT instead of my credit card. How stupid you have to be!! What would happen if I missed the due day because of her! I would've been charge late fees. I had another instance with the another teller when she had no idea how to handle loan payments. So, I ended up going to the Euclid Branch to pay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH because they have no idea what they are doing there.By Aleona Osipova, December 01, 2016
